About to start watching the third disc of Breaking Bad season 3 while eating a burrito.

It seems like maybe there should be some sort of vague correlation there, but I'm not entirely sure what it would be. :P

Well, there is a restaurant called 'Los Pollos Hermanos' which actually figures pretty heavily into the third season's overall plot...but there was no chicken in my burrito. :|

Well, super happy because my Illusive Man lithograph just arrived. It's packed so well, though, that I'm thinking of getting one of my less well packed lithographs, like Earth Alliance or Legion, packed instead. Decisions.

EDIT:

Figured the packaging from Illusive Man would not be reusable after a first glance. Second glance says otherwise. Will pack Legion with that, then.

Tongariro volcano reactivated near midnight on Monday. Nothing big, a little fart in the grand scheme of things, but it could herald renewed activity after 115 years of dormancy. That, and I'm mentioning it 'cause I like volcanoes (smiles cheesy smile) :rbg: .

Authorities say the eruption took them "completely by suprise." I find that hard to believe, considering the unusual seismic activity that was going on there over the last three weeks. I've been keeping tabs on it, like I do for all NZ's volcanoes.

Lost my wallet just over an hour ago. Had everything in it. Won't expect to see it again.

And here I was looking forward to the weekend.

Sorry to hear about your wallet, that's terrible.

I just had a crown fall out while I was eating, so that was fun too. And it'll be at least nine or ten hours before I can get in to see a dentist, if I'm lucky.

I got rid of my TV service, added Hulu+, and boosted my internet speed. Still saving about $30 a month.

While we wait to see whose village idiot becomes the next US President, I've snagged a copy of Halo 4! :rbg: :rbg: Granted, since I've only got a 360 with only 4GB, and since I don't have XBox Live, I can't go on multiplayer. :( I've aways been more of a solo campaigner, so it's not so bad.

Out of curiosity, what model of 360 do you have? No hard drive, I take it? Do you happen to know which motherboard you have?

It's one of those black Xbox 360's with the barest of essentials. No access to Xbox Live and only 4GB of memory. I've never had enough money to get any upgrades. And motherboard? 'Fraid I have no idea what you're on about. I'm not that tech savvy. Geez, I sound pathetic.

No worries, Microsoft not only doesn't advertize their board revisions, they don't exactly make it obvious unless you know precisely what you're looking for.

That said, it is possible to determine which board your machine has, and it's a very good thing to know if you want to keep your Xbox in top condition to get the most mileage out of it for your money. Here's the relevant information on the different board revisions. The most important thing to be aware of is that it's the Xenon, Zephyr, and Opus motherboards that are the most prone to overheating. But those are probably getting relatively rare these days, unless you buy a used or refurbished machine.

Tongariro let another one rip this afternoon, with virtually no indication that it would erupt beforehand. There were even school kids walking the Tongariro Crossing when it it erupted, but they're safe now. Again, nothing big, but it looks like the mountain is becoming a regular erupter again. This has come just as Ruapehu has also shown signs of an impending eruption.

Did I mention that Mount Doom (Ngauruhoe) is in between these two?
